A Collaborative and Holistic Path To Healing
Is your child feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or anxious? Are they struggling in school, with their peers, or losing their spark? In today's fast-paced, screen-focused, and achievement-oriented society, many children struggle to be seen for who they truly are, impacting their self-confidence, mood, and relationships.
They may start to focus solely on their perceived shortcomings or differences, rather than learning to celebrate their unique qualities. This can lead to a loss of confidence and negative self-judgments.
In my work with children and families, I focus on exploring each individual's personal uniqueness and supporting them in finding and celebrating their genuine selves. By pausing the fast-paced world, therapy sessions incorporate natural elements, experiences, emotions, bodily sensations, and ways of being with compassion and self-acceptance.
Play, art, music, movement, and special interests are woven into each session and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
The relationship between me and my client is fundamental to the healing process. I meet clients where they are at in an open, honest, and non-judgmental manner. I passionately believe in the power of connection and the importance of being seen, heard, accepted, and understood. I believe that all of us have the capacity to heal our lives.
